Pranakriya was created by Yoganand Michael Caroll from the teachings of Swami Kripalu. The programs offered by Pranakriya are seeped in the ancient teachings of asana, pranayama, tantra and scripture that create a beautiful foundation for self discovery. Teachers trainings include asana, pranayama, meditation, anatomy and yogic philosophy with knowledge of hands on assisting. Pranakriya offers both Teachers Trainings as well as weekend immersions at Renuatum Center.
Renuatum Yoga is blessed to have frequent visitors from abroad including Master teacher Andrey Lappa, creator of Universal Yoga. Carlisle Amlak has studied extensively with Andrey, completing his 200 hr YTT Teachers Training in Miami. As well as studying advanced Internal Practices with him for his 300hr Certification. Andrey comes to Renuatum for weekend programs specializing in Yoga Mandala, Tantra and Theory.
Another frequent guest teacher to Renuatum is Lama Norbu. Now living in the US, Norbu shares his years of experience of Tibetan Yoga, having lived with his guru in a monastery for over 20 years. His offerings, deepening encompassing theory and pranayama in their connection to movement, create an amazing foundation for the modern Yogi. Lama Norbu will have offerings at Renuatum, as well as travel throughout the states. He will be traveling to New England with the Amlaks to share his knowledge to students in Maine and New Hampshire this coming year.
